I’m With You - Vance Joy

Hello everyone, today I present to you this new tutorial for the song 'I'm With You' by Vance Joy. This time the tutorial covers the entire song (4 minutes!).

Once again, I noticed some inaccuracies in the tabs and online videos. All the notes you will read are the result of my careful listening.

Diving into the details, the guitar plays a beautiful arpeggio composed of triplets, so it's important to accentuate the first note of each triplet, even though I don't always do it in the video, haha.

As for the left hand, it's important to use the pinky on the G of the first string because that finger allows for a smoother transition from the third to the fifth fret. The right hand is simpler since the bass notes are played with the thumb and the rest with a simple alternation of index, middle, and ring fingers. I'm sorry to say, but the best way to learn to play this song is by using a metronome.

Have fun!
