Your Body - Plain White T’s

In case you haven't already noticed, Plain White T's are a constant presence in my playlists. Their albums 'Every Second Counts' and 'All That We Needed' are true masterpieces. You probably expected Hey There Delilah to be the first song I reviewed, but instead, I've chosen another slightly underrated track from their second-to-last album, "Parallel Universe."

As expected, it's a love ballad (after all, they specialize in this, don't they?). It's a love that is intense and above all carnal, as the title suggests. The melodies and guitar are both very simple but effective as always. Tom's voice never disappoints.

Within the overall context of the album, this song serves as a kind of break from the fast pace of the other tracks, like a moment of calm before the second half of the album.

Of course, I believe the acoustic version is better than the original, and I'll leave the link below :)

P.S. I’m going to post a tutorial of this one!
